Chloe is releasing a brand-new track ‘Sweet Melody of Summer’ tomorrow. Craig Lucas has joined Chloe for this exciting new single.
It begins with a dream-like feel before Lucas’s vocals hit, calming and relaxed. Chloe’s vocals follow shortly after, the dreamy tone continuing, with themes of summer discussed in the lyrics.
The tone of this one is happier in comparison to Chloe’s other more emotional songs. This highlights her talent as she successfully changes tone.
A perfect choice for a collab as both musicians’ vocals complement one another really well. The bridge adds depth before piano and hints of acoustic guitar runs underneath at the end. Well considered and helping to add to the uplifting feel.
Through the lyrics, considered instrumentals and successful collab, this track, as hinted at in the title, is absolutely perfect for any summer playlist.
